About
ICCT is working on accelerating India’s transition to net zero. According to their recent research, one of the low-hanging fruits in realising this transition is the faster adoption of electric trucks. ICCT had published multiple reports highlighting the urgent need for this transition, but they realised these alone weren’t enough. The reports weren’t resonating enough with their target audiences.
We stepped in to bridge this gap by creating a bilingual video essay for YouTube that combines data with compelling human stories. We traveled to key locations in India and interviewed truck drivers and business owners. We also spoke with ICCT’s researchers to showcase the benefits of electric trucks, the challenges of adoption, and actionable policy recommendations.
This video raises awareness and helps ICCT better engage with policymakers, industry leaders, and the public, aligning everyone toward a cleaner future. By delivering a research-driven yet relatable film, we ensure ICCT's message is impactful, engaging, and widely accessible—making it a win for the organisation, the audience, and the planet.
